Shearing and Forming

Fabmaster has the ability to sheer and form up to 16′-0″ in length, with a Cincinatti 400 ton x 16′-0″ long Hydraulic Press Brake. We have the capacity to form from .032 to .375 x 16′-0″ long with accuracy. Our vast array of press brake tooling allows us to form the most complex shapes. Our 12′-0″ Niagra shear with 12′-0″ squaring arm and 48″ front operated power back gauge compliments our forming capabilities.

Welding / Extrusion Curving

Our eight stations can give us the productivity needed, whether it is mig, tig or stick welding. Silver soldering and brazing are also offered in our welding portfolio. Portable mig, tig and stick welding are offered in our field services division which has the ability to weld, polish, oxidize and lacquer architectural metal on the job site, if required. Fabmaster curves square, rectangular and round tubing to a radius as small as 12″. We also curve standard storefront material such as open back flush glaze, double pocket flush glaze, solid and channel style glass stops. Rectangular and square bars are also curved as well as various size angles, “T’s” and “Z’s”. Light structural windload and dead load anchoring systems are manufactured on our 210 ton Peddinghaus mechanical iron worker. This heavy capacity machine is able to meet the requirements for the curtain wall industry anchoring systems.
